"Nice perk, but a little slow"
The points are a nice little bonus and they do help, which is obviously better than getting nothing. I just wish they built up a bit faster, because it takes a while before they really feel useful.

"Found exactly what I was looking for"
I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, which made the whole experience smooth. I had a specific thing in mind when I started looking, and after browsing around for a bit, I ended up coming across exactly what I was hoping to find. It’s always nice when you don’t have to spend forever searching or jumping through a bunch of hoops just to get what you came for.

They kept me updated about my order and the shipping, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but I guess that happens sometimes. Overall, the communication was clear enough, so I wasn’t really left wondering too much.

I had an issue with my order and it was frustrating at first. Customer service did eventually get back to me and they fixed it, which I do appreciate. I kind of got the feeling they might’ve been short-staffed or just backed up, because it took more messages than I expected to get everything sorted. In the end it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest either.

"Good site, but sizes sell out fast!!!"
The site is easy to use, and I’ve found some really nice shoes on there!!! My only issue is that the size I need always seems to be sold out!!! I just wish they kept more of the common sizes in stock because it’s frustrating when you finally find a pair you like and can’t get them!!!

"Online Shoe Order That Somehow Didn’t Go Wrong"
I ordered a pair of running shoes and some socks from gazellesports, and shockingly, the internet managed not to betray me. The shoes came in the right size and color, the socks were there too, and everything matched my receipt exactly. I’m always a little suspicious about ordering shoes online, because apparently foot sizes like to become complicated the second you click checkout, but this was actually super easy. No missing items, no weird substitutions, no drama. I’d definitely order from them again...

I ordered from Gazelle Sports and had a quick question about my shipping update, so I sent customer service an email. They did get back to me, and they were friendly... it just took a couple days, which felt longer than I expected for a simple question. Kind of annoying at the time, honestly. But in the end, they helped me out and my order was fine. So overall, not a bad experience... just not exactly fast either. Average.

"Good selection, just wish there were more sales"
I ordered from gazellesports mostly because, they had a nice mix of running shoes, not just the same handful of models you see on every other site. The sizing options were actually good too, although, yeah, one color I really wanted was sold out. The site was easy enough to use, and I was able to find a pair that worked for me without too much hassle. I’m taking off one star just because, you know, I do wish they had a few more sale options, but overall it was a solid experience.

I had a good experience on gazellesports. I wasn’t really sure which running shoes would be best for my feet, so I asked around a bit and the staff actually gave helpful answers instead of just throwing random details at me. They seemed to know the products well and helped me narrow things down. Took about a little longer than I expected to decide, but overall I’m happy with how it went. 4 stars from me.

"Good deal, from what I remember"
I found a pair of running shoes on gazellesports for way less than I thought they’d be. I don’t remember all the exact numbers, but the sale price was already solid, and then the extra discount at checkout actually went through, which was a nice surprise. Shipping was normal enough, and the shoes showed up looking how they were supposed to. I’d probably check them again next time I’m shoe shopping, especially if there’s another sale going on...

"Super easy to stop in"
Gazelle Sports is in a really convenient spot for me, so popping in there doesn’t feel like this whole big thing. I can stop by after work or when I’m already out doing errands and all that. Parking has been easy every time too, which I definitely appreciate. It just makes grabbing shoes or picking up whatever I need way less of a hassle

"Pickup was exactly as easy as I hoped"
I ordered online and picked it up at the store, and it went just about how I expected it should. They had everything ready quickly, and I was in and out in a few minutes with no hassle. Super convenient, especially when you don’t want to spend extra time wandering around the store.

"Nicely Packed and Arrived in Great Shape"
My order from Gazelle Sports arrived in excellent condition. The shoe box was packed inside a sturdy shipping box with enough paper around it, so nothing got crushed or banged up. It’s a simple detail, but i appreciate that kind of care. Everything looked clean, fresh, and not beat up at all.

"Decent Experience, Though Not My Favorite"
I’d say Gazelle Sports seems trustworthy overall. My order arrived without any issues, which is the main thing, but the tracking updates were slower than I personally like, and customer support took a bit to get back to me. I’m probably a little impatient with that stuff, so maybe it bothered me more than it would someone else. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average for me.
